Amnesty International Kathmandu University Youth Network invites you all to be a member of AIKUYN, a club that fights for human rights at a local level. AIKUYN, established under SWD, KU and AI Nepal, not only organizes programs related to human rights but also on the ongoing global and local issues, youth empowerment and leadership building.
Qualification for Membership:
(1) Any student of Kathmandu University between 14- 25 years is qualified for attaining the membership of AIKUYN.
(2) Any individual with the above qualification can become general member of the club by filling out the form issued by the Amnesty International Nepal with the necessary documents attached as per the membership rule of Amnesty International Nepal.
Fee of Membership:
(1) Amnesty International Nepal makes decision regarding the charge of membership fee from the members every year. (2) The membership once taken shall be valid for two years from the date of issuance of Membership Card by AI Nepal.
Functions and Duties of Members:
(1) Not to do any function harming the Club.
(2) To fully comply with the policy-rules and code of conduct prescribed by the Club as per the constitution.
(3) To honestly perform the responsibilities conferred by the Club.
(4) To attempt for the success of the programs organized by the Club by participating over it.
(5) To participate in the general meeting and Annual General Meeting of the Club.
(6) To make all the efforts for the promotion and concretization of the Club.
